OCD & Anxiety Specialist
Diagnostic Assessment - $225
A diagnostic assessment is always the first step in treatment. For some, this session can stand alone, offering clarity and a name for what they’ve been experiencing. For clients who wish to begin treatment, the assessment is completed during the first session and becomes the foundation for a personalized plan moving forward.
1
60 Minute Therapy Session - $225
A CBT/ERP therapy session is structured, evidence-based, and focused directly on your OCD or anxiety symptoms. Unlike traditional talk therapy, sessions are active and goal-oriented, ensuring that each meeting moves you toward meaningful progress. Sessions often include in-session exposure practice, review and coaching on specific skills, and develop a personalized homework plan to reinforce progress between sessions.

30 Minute Therapy Session - $125
As therapy progresses, sessions often become less frequent or shorter, with more focus on independent practice and long-term maintenance. A 30-minute session helps you stay on track by reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and refining skills, providing support and accountability while building confidence in managing symptoms on your own.

I do not accept private insurance of any kind. Because I use very specific, evidence-based approaches like ERP and Exposure Therapy, treatment is often more focused and efficient than traditional talk therapy or various other modalities. Many clients begin to see meaningful improvement within 10–14 sessions, which means therapy may require far less time than expected. While the upfront cost of out-of-network care can feel discouraging, effective treatment not only saves time and money in the long run but also helps you achieve real, lasting results.
All payments are due at the time of service. I require all clients to keep a credit card on file, which is charged automatically following each session for your convenience. I accept all major credit cards as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill after each session or at the end of each month. This is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company at your discretion for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If you are interested in this option, I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. They may request my NPI (1255647160) and my business tax ID (EIN 46-3987800) when processing your inquiry.
